Grandview Bird List
The following are a list of birds which have been spotted at Grandview from March 2005 to July 2007. There are some species which we have not been able to identify so the list is continually being updated. As we learn more about the birdlife and as our rainforest and native plantings continue to grow, so will the amount of wildlife which frequents Grandview.
The numbers in brackets refer to the Bird Identification Number in the “Simpson & Day Field Guide to the Birds of Australia Sixth Edition”. A copy of this can be borrowed from the office. Binoculars can also be borrowed.
